All our products are made of Indian vintage sari and oozes of authenticity and soul. They do so due to the story. They are all carefully selected by our creative director and owner Hanne Birkholm and subsequently hand sewn by local women from an Indian village. Not only that we reuse the Earth's resources, the local production also helps to make a difference for a lot of Indian families whose primary income is the work for Quote Copenhagen.
Indian design with a Nordic touch
All Saris are different and the colorful and patterned compositions reflect the Indian lifestyle and design. Due to the differences and Hannes carefully selected composition of Saris, every product is in that way One of a kind. The final product tells both the history of its Indian life - but is also composed, so the design provides a Nordic touch that fits perfectly into Danish and European homes.
