These terms apply to business purchases from Quote Copenhagen, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For Pre Production, the separate Pre Production terms for the relevant order apply.
The minimum purchase for your first order is EUR 400, unless otherwise agreed.
The goods may be sold through your own shop or webshop. Sales at flea markets or similar venues require prior agreement with Quote Copenhagen.
Orders received before 12 noon are normally dispatched on the same business day. Other orders are normally dispatched on the next business day. Dispatch is subject to the goods being in stock and any agreed advance payment having been received.
We ship with GLS in Denmark and UPS internationally. The dispatch time does not guarantee delivery on the same day.
For Danish B2B customers, payment in advance is the standard arrangement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. New customers pay for their first order in advance. There is no automatic transition to credit terms; any payment deadlines are agreed separately.
In the event of late payment, interest and reminder fees may be charged in accordance with applicable rules.
When reserving stock items for new customers, a deposit of 30% of the order amount is payable. The deposit forms part of the payment for the goods, and the remaining balance is payable before dispatch. This arrangement does not apply to Pre Production.
Shipping is charged per parcel weighing up to 30 kg. We do not offer free shipping.

Check the packaging and goods upon receipt. Visible transport damage must be noted on the consignment note or delivery receipt at the time of receipt. Take photographs of the packaging, parcel label and damaged goods, and keep the packaging.
Contact the carrier and Quote Copenhagen at info@quotecph.dk immediately if you discover transport damage. The documentation is used to process the damage claim.
Quote Copenhagen accepts no liability for damage caused solely by the carrier’s handling. This does not limit liability for circumstances attributable to Quote Copenhagen, including inadequate packaging.
Check the goods upon receipt. Faults or defects that can be identified during this inspection must be reported no later than 8 days after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported without undue delay after they are discovered.
Send the order number, a description and photographs to info@quotecph.dk. Returns in connection with a claim must be agreed with us in advance. For a valid claim, Quote Copenhagen covers the agreed return shipping costs.
The goods must be securely packed and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
Our sari products are made from reused textiles. Variations in colours, patterns and dimensions, as well as traces of the textile’s previous life, may therefore occur. Small patches, stitching and marks may be part of the vintage appearance when consistent with the product description and agreed quality. This does not exclude claims for actual faults or defects.
We reserve the right to correct errors in price lists and catalogues. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it.
No general right to return or exchange goods is offered for B2B purchases. This does not apply to returns in connection with a valid claim for defects.
We process personal data to manage customer relationships, fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. Information is shared with relevant partners, such as carriers, where necessary.
You may contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. The right to deletion is not unconditional; certain information must, among other things, be retained under bookkeeping rules.
